How to make the most of the autumn

I am well aware that the autumn has kicked in, it's November, I know... But I just can't shake the feeling that the summer should have been a bit longer, at least a few more months. Don't you agree?
So walking around in nature, really? Well, I am trying my best to enjoy what's left of the autumn before all the colors are gone, and the world turns into a brownish-grey for about six months. Depressing though right, but that's why you have to make the most of the days when the sun is shining, before the nights get longer and the days get colder. So it's about taking hold of the days, and maybe bringing some of natures good indoors as decoration, to be able to enjoy the most of it.
So here are my tips of how to really enjoy the autumn, instead of just letting it go by:
- Force yourself to spend some time outdoors, when the sun is shining.
- Bring some of nature indoors for decoration.
- Use that cozy knitted sweater you've been longing for all summer.
What do you do to make sure you are enjoying this season? Are you enjoying the season? Really?

LOVE fall 😊 <3
I do too... sometimes 😃
I am making time to go out and enjoy walking around the nature's wonders. I have also decorated my house with nature indoors. Thanks for the lovely post.

I try my best to go outside, have a lot of teas around the city, cook seasonal recipes and I should definitely work more with indoor decorations. Thanks for all the tips
You are very Welcomme, thanks for stopping by! 😊

Tack 😃
Well now that the cold weather is here, I couldn't agree with you more. Thanks for your help.
Love your name ❤️
I am never ready for the summer to turn to autumn. Mostly because in Canada that means that the winter will hurry in too quickly. We are not normally home in the autumn. So this year it was wonderful to really enjoy the fall colours. And I actually like the cooler weather for getting outside for walks. Especially since some of the summer crowds are gone.
I actually love autumn. It's a little different this year of course but I don't think you can beat those days when the sun is shining but it's crisp & cold. Looking forward to getting my jumpers back out & cosying up at night. But I'd also like to have a trip somewhere hot to look forward to as well 😉
Love Autumn. I don’t really know what happened to summer. It’s been a very weird year but passing by quickly.
Summer definitely should be much longer - especially this year we were kind of robbed of a carefree summertime. However, I love a golden fall - sadly, the last days, it kept raining. Anyway, as soon as the sun is out, I'll hit the trails through the woods - which are really beautiful in autumn.
