Restaurang Kroken
This time of the year in Sweden, all resturants serve some kind of smorgosboard with christmas foods, and most people asleast two different types of smorgosboards before christmas. And then there’s the actual christmas smorgosboard, on christmas eve. Lots and lots of food.
So this time we visited Restaurang Kroken, whom is well known for their fishdished and collabs with the local brewery. So on the table of foods were about fourty (!) differend kind of picked herring, salmon in every kind you could wish for, smoked cod and my personal favorite – the Guinness chese. The food was simply amazing, to the extent that you will not be hungry for days.
