How to make the most of the autumn
I am well aware that the autumn has kicked in, it’s November, I know… But I just can’t shake the feeling that the summer should have been a bit longer, at least a few more months. Don’t you agree?
So walking around in nature, really? Well, I am trying my best to enjoy what’s left of the autumn before all the colors are gone, and the world turns into a brownish-grey for about six months. Depressing though right, but that’s why you have to make the most of the days when the sun is shining, before the nights get longer and the days get colder. So it’s about taking hold of the days, and maybe bringing some of natures good indoors as decoration, to be able to enjoy the most of it.
So here are my tips of how to really enjoy the autumn, instead of just letting it go by:
– Force yourself to spend some time outdoors, when the sun is shining.
– Bring some of nature indoors for decoration.
– Use that cozy knitted sweater you’ve been longing for all summer.
What do you do to make sure you are enjoying this season? Are you enjoying the season? Really?

Yes, because its colors, the even mild temperature (all in all) and above all the vibrations deriving from Samhain make October probably one of my favorite months!

I love the simplicity on the approaches you have suggested. Sometimes it is the small things that can make a large difference which can also help to bring joy and happiness.

Fall is my favorite season, so I’m incredibly happy right now. I love the temperature and all the crock pot cooking and baking. Plus, I can bust out my flannel again.

I love the fresh fall air that the season brings. It can be tough to go outside since I live in the rainy Pacific Northwest, but when the sun is out, I try to be too!

It really depends on where you live, haha. For example, the high today here in Phoenix is 93 F! lol Of course from now until like late May is the reason so many people love living here in Phoenix, because the whether is amazing. But for those where, it is getting colder quicker, get out and enjoy nature, while you can before it gets too cold! haha 😊

I am never ready for the summer to turn to autumn. Mostly because in Canada that means that the winter will hurry in too quickly. We are not normally home in the autumn. So this year it was wonderful to really enjoy the fall colours. And I actually like the cooler weather for getting outside for walks. Especially since some of the summer crowds are gone.

I actually love autumn. It’s a little different this year of course but I don’t think you can beat those days when the sun is shining but it’s crisp & cold. Looking forward to getting my jumpers back out & cosying up at night. But I’d also like to have a trip somewhere hot to look forward to as well 😉

Love Autumn. I don’t really know what happened to summer. It’s been a very weird year but passing by quickly.

Summer definitely should be much longer – especially this year we were kind of robbed of a carefree summertime. However, I love a golden fall – sadly, the last days, it kept raining. Anyway, as soon as the sun is out, I’ll hit the trails through the woods – which are really beautiful in autumn.
