The first morning in Rijeka started with a walkabout that gave me blisters that lasted the entire trip, but that’s not at all to blame on the city, I just wanted to wear my new shoes that made my feet look pretty. Review of 2022
The travel year of 2022 has been one of the best in a very long, loooong time. Not just because we weren’t dragged down by all of the strange things that have been happening around the world during the past couple of years, but there’s actually been quite a lot of traveling going on. Mololongo apartments – roomtour
The apartment building is located right in the city center, so you’re super close to everything. If you just exit the building and stand with your back against the front door you will see the harbor area and a few nice restaurants with a perfect view of the ocean, turn to your right you’ll find a few small shops, and if you keep walking until the end of the building you’ll find yourself at the big square where all the busses arrive and depart from, taxi station as well. First impressions of Rijeka in Croatia
Okay, so visiting Rijeka in May can be a bit of a lottery when it comes to the weather… the two first days of our four-day stay were warm as any hot summer day in Europe, like almost 30 degrees. Plans for the summer of 2022
So here’s the thing, we’ve been kind of going for a while and I thought I would give you a bit of an explanation of what’s been going on… and share our plans for the summer.
