What’s happening?
Alright, it’s been a while since we checked in with you all, so I thought I would give you a bit of an update about our plans for the upcomming travelseason. But first off all, we have already had our first trip of 2024, we had almost a week of snow in Gdansk in the beginning of January. And our second trip, Malta during Easter and that gave us pooldays. And yeah… our third trip to Gothenburg with our friends for the Beer and Whiskey festival. Oh wow, that’s a badly updated blog, I know, and I’m sorry. And I will not promise you that I will get better, somethimes…

Christmasmarket in Gdansk
Street food, mulled wine, marry go rounds, Christmas music, candied apples, cotton candy, hot chocolate, a crazy amount of street vendors, and on top of that – the first snow of the season. Let’s just call it what it was, good luck. This was one of the first Christmas markets I have ever been to, as an adult. First impression of Gdansk
As you might have noticed, Poland has become quite our recent favorite. We have been to Krakow, and Warsaw before, and in late December of 2022, we visited Gdansk. And we love, love, loved it! Restaurants, bars and pubs in Gdansk
A lot of you have been asking for recommendations for restaurants, pubs, and bars in Gdansk so I thought I would try to put all of our favorites down in one place. Keep in mind that we were only in Gdansk for a long weekend so we did not really have all the time in the world to visit a great number of restaurants. We tried a lot of different types of food when we visited Gdansk, so it all depends on what you are craving at the moment but if you are anything like me and want to try all of it… here we go: If you are looking…

Review of 2022
The travel year of 2022 has been one of the best in a very long, loooong time. Not just because we weren’t dragged down by all of the strange things that have been happening around the world during the past couple of years, but there’s actually been quite a lot of traveling going on. It’s been a good year, and definitely a great travel year! The beginning of 2022 started with a weekend cruise to Tallinn in Estonia, where we were supposed to see the Christmas market, but it closed the day before we got there. And not that I did not know it before, but now I REALLY know…
